Administrative management
Managing rental properties involves a lot of paperwork. We are happy to take this off your hands. From inspections upon completion of the handover to keeping track of tenant data and drafting rental and management agreements. We can also arrange the sign-up and cancellation of energy companies if desired.
Financial management
We handle the monthly rental billing and monitor timely payments. Rent and deposit are securely processed through our business management account. In case of a payment default, we immediately send a reminder. The received rent is credited to your account no later than the 15th of each month. We also arrange, in consultation, annual rental increases and any billing of fuel and service costs.
Commercial management
Vacancy means missed rental income. Therefore, at the end of a rental agreement, we immediately look for a suitable replacement tenant. We bring the property online and utilize our own network and local partners. Potential tenants are carefully screened, taking into account your wishes. After your approval, we draw up the rental agreement and guide the entire signing process.
Technical management
During outages and maintenance, we are the first point of contact for your tenant. This way, you don’t need to be available 24/7 yourself. We assess the report, determine who is responsible for the costs, and together find a suitable solution. In consultation, we engage reliable professionals from our network or work with your own contacts. We can also arrange the annual maintenance. Do you want to improve or make your home more sustainable? We’d be happy to work with you and provide appropriate advice.
Costs of property management
To carry out the management, we charge a percentage of the rent. We would be happy to contact you in person to discuss the rates with you. If you would like to include multiple properties with us, we will of course make customized arrangements.
